Automate document merging and creation
To automatically create new merged documents when your deal reaches a certain workflow stage go to Settings > Workflows > Open Workflow.
As with all other automation options - choose a stage where you want to create merged document and press orange "Automate" button. From dropdown menu select template you want to use (the open book icon is for document templates).
Doing this the automation will be set and every deal that reaches that stage will get new documents merged.
