Pricefinder is used for property valuations, reports and alerts.

Firstly, you will need to have an agreement with Pricefinder (domain.com.au group). Contact your aggregator or send email to the sales team quoting 'Salestrekker integration' (or simply click on the link on Get Pricefinder on the integration screen).

Go to Settings/3rd Party Integration screen and switch on Pricefinder. Then enter your credentials and then click on 'Authorise' button. Integration button will be now show as being switched on.

Now you can use Pricefinder in the add new deal, Security and Asset screens. Simply add property address and the enriched property data will show. 

This integration will pre-populate several fields in Security and Compliance tabs in Broker tools.

Property value is generally sourced form APM.

Use Download button to get various reports (they auto-save in Deal), set alerts and view on Google maps.
