What is Salestrekker 2.0?

Salestrekker 2.0 is built on a new, accelerated platform, featuring a modern and mobile-friendly user interface.

It will have a refreshed yet familiar look and feel, loaded with new and improved features.

  • When will Salestrekker 2.0 be available?
    Early 2024

  • Will there be a transitional period during which both platforms can be used?

Yes. Users will be able to use both platforms concurrently until the end of 2024.

  • Will there be a live sync between the two systems?

No. You will need to use one or the other.

  • What will happen to all data in the current platform?
    It will be mapped into Salestrekker 2.0 like for like.

  • Will documents/files be also mapped/transferred to Salestrekker 2.0?
    Yes.

  • Will there be any training provided for existing users?
    Yes. National F2F roadshow in all capital cities and regular remote sessions.

  • Will the APIs into Salestrekker be affected?
    Yes. Current integrations will need to be refreshed during the transitional period.

  • I have a lot of staff that need to be trained on the new platform - how will that be managed?
    We will run regular training seminars and train-the-trainer sessions. For larger organisations, we recommend you appoint a change champion as your in-house expert.
