How to use Equifax integration in Salestrekker 2.0

How to setup Equifax

For using Equifax integration, you will need a separate set of login details (username and password) for use in Salestrekker; those can be obtained by contacting Equifax at salesAU@equifax.com and informing them that you will be using Equifax through 3rd party service.

Once you have your username and password for Equifax, you can add them in the settings>>3rd party integrations>> Equifax


​When you turn the integration toggle to "ON", new pop-up window will show up where you need to add credentials - username and password.

Press "Save" button and the integration will be successfully connected.


How to use Equifax

Requesting credit score can be done from a deal, client profile section.

Press the Equifax button and choose one of the following options:

  • OneScore

  • Comprehensive Score or

  • Negative score


Fill in the required data, then press "Save" button.



Credit score will be generated and PDF report saved in the deal view >> "Notes" section





How to download previously created report?

For downloading previously created report, press the Equifax button again, and then click on the "Download previous PDF" button.
