Initiate same document signing procedure by opening deal, going to "Document" tab and pressing signature action for particular document. Request signature popup window will open, then:

  1. Make sure you select multiple clients from drop-down menu.

2. Once setup is opened you can choose and select where each of the contacts will have its own signature field. Each client signature field will be marked with a different color. 

All parties will receive emails prompting them to fill in fields that were assigned to them and all events will be recorded to a deal as a note. When all parties sign, sign document will be emailed to everyone and also copy will be posted to deal in Salestrekker.
