Google Chrome:

For clearing cache memory on Chrome browser, you can use shortcut ctrl+shift+delete (Win) or command+shift+delete (Mac). Pop up window will show up, where you can select data that needs to be cleared. Prior to clicking ‘clear data’, make sure that only ‘Cached images and files’ is ticked, and that Time range is ‘All time’.

When everything is selected as above, click ‘Clear Data’ and your cache will be emptied. It’s usually recommended to log out and log in again to Salestrekker after these steps.

Mozilla Firefox

Click on ‘History’, and select Clear Recent History. You will have pop up window with time range.

There will be a pop up window to choose which data to delete and to choose timeframe.

Set 'Time range to clear' to 'Everything', and click on 'Details'. Under 'Details' make sure that only cache is ticked.

When everything is selected as above, click ‘Clear Now’ and your cache will be emptied. It’s usually recommended to log out and log in again to Salestrekker after these steps.

Safari:

Click on 'Safari' in the upper left side, and from the drop menu choose 'Preferences'.

In the window that appears, click the 'Privacy' tab.

For Safari 8-10, click on 'Details' and scroll down to 'Salestrekker'.

Select Salestrekker and click 'Remove' > 'Done'.

For Safari 11, click on 'Privacy' > 'Manage Website Data'.

After that, the steps are the same as for Safari 8-10.

When you click 'Done', your cache will be emptied. It’s usually recommended to log out and log in again to Salestrekker after these steps
