In order to get the correct amount for First Home Owner Grant, make sure you have populated the following fields:
Security address (please double check ‘state’ and ‘country’)
Security value
Transaction type
Ownership type
Property status
First home buyer box should be ticked in funding worksheet
Note: Each state has its own security value limit. If value is above this limit, FHOG is not applicable and the field will show $0. You can check limits on this website: www.fhba.com.au
