Preview document feature in Salestrekker allows you to preview documents before downloading them to you laptop, phone or computer.
Where to find it and how to use it?
To initiate preview document feature open your deal, then:
Open "Documents" tab in your deal view
Click on "Preview document" icon
Note: Feature will be available once you create or upload a document to your deal. For instructions on creating documents in Salestrekker click here.
Note: If the uploaded file type is not supported, the preview document feature will be grayed out and you will not be able to use it.
Preview document pop up window will show the document with various options:
"Zoom in" , "Zoom out" and "Reset" the document
"Previous" and "Next" page of the document
Also, instead of clicking on next and previous button, you can go to desired page by selecting it on the left side of your document.
Note: If document has e.g. 100 pages, you will be able to see only first 50 pages, that is the page limit for preview of the document. In order for you to see the whole document you will have to download it to your computer, laptop or a phone.
When uploading files to your deal you will not be able to preview them right away, following warning notification will occur:
This means that your document is rendering, preparing, for preview. Depending on the size of the document and/or number of pages your uploaded document has, render time frame can vary from few minutes up to 15 minutes. Once done, warning notification will disappear and you will be able to see the uploaded document.
