Release notes of all Salestrekker 2.0 deployments

18 March 2025

  • Clients are now able to add previous employment;

  • Deal owners of the existing deals can be changed without any issues;

  • When deal is lodged, Broker ID will be mapped in the deal overview;

  • Upload and download of every type of document is now fixed;

  • The problem when team members list in Workflows Settings is empty and has no added users, deals created in that Workflow will have no options listed for the deal owner, is fixed;

  • The issue with formatting of manually added Standard, Non standard and Po box addresses has been fixed;

  • Existing company contact can be added in the deal via Sidebar;

  • "Important content" and "Deal checklist" action buttons under Deal overview tab are functional;

  • Team admin role can update deal which he/she does not own;

  • Using the Bulk option, we can now create several documents, located on different pages, in the deal;

  • When adding a new product split in an existing deal, lender/products search now returns results;

  • When moving deal to another workflow, after selecting the desired workflow, in the Stage dropdown menu, the first stage on the list now is the selected one;

  • Compliance comments and documents are shown in sections per contact instead of being displayed in tabs;

  • When lodging deals to Loanworks Application ID is now displayed in lodgement note;

  • Lodgement tab is no longer missing application details such as, "Lender ID", "Submitted" and "Status" fields;

  • It is not possible to submit the same deal multiple times to Loanworks;

  • Once a deal is lodged to Loanworks a return toast message has been changed to: The application has been successfully sent;

  • Lender reference number is visible in submitted deals;

  • Open application is now working for Apply Online and LoanApp;

  • The user Search option under Organisations/Users section is fully functional;

  • We are again able to add existing user/identity into an organisation;

  • New workflows can now be created in both Enterprise and Child organisations and all added stages are saving fine;

  • Credit cards can be saved under Billing details section;

  • Email signature under My account Email details section is also saving;

  • Rename file option is added under Document Templates tab;

  • Multiple visual tab adjustments;

  • Buffer notification in Deal is being updated correctly to match the current Financial position buffer parameters from Settings;

  • New predefined document labels were added to Add labels dropdown menu;

  • Only the entities related to the Users tab are displayed under the User management section (users with Partner or Client Portal primary roles are hidden);

  • Users with a non-Master Admin role do see their role under My accounts section;

  • Send Email automation is now functional;

  • Electronic transaction field has been added on UI under Funding worksheet for both Home Loan and Quick tools;

  • Additional Finance service improvements;

  • Roles and Permissions | New Mentor Team Member role;

  • Mentor role is renamed to Mentor Team Admin;

  • Assigning mentee role offers the pop up for choosing/assigning mentor;

  • When an existing user (identity) is added to a different organisation, their role now carries across;

  • Bulk option malfunction for creating several documents at the same time is fixed;

  • New customised merge keys for contact information;

  • Added "Team member" and "Deal state" options under deal filters. Also, added the Team members column in Home Loan reports;

  • Master admin can no longer lodge a mentee deal without mentor approval;

  • When a child organization inherits workflow we are able to add new stages to the inherited workflow;

  • When a child organization inherits workflow we are no longer able to edit stages;

  • We can add new team members to an inherited workflow;

  • When "Buy Now Pay Later" liability with a desired repayment is added to Deal or Quick tool, the system is recalculating the maximum borrowing amount accordingly;

  • If a Quick tool scenario has a rent/board expense but also has an "owner occupied" property entered, the system will no longer use that expense twice;

  • Quick tool maximum borrowing amount do not differ from the Deal amount, as "NetYearlySurplusDepreciated" parameter is no longer less in Quick tools as opposed to Deal;

  • Download document option in Quick tools is now working correctly;

  • "Refinance" and "To Be Paid Out" checkboxes are now working for Quick tool "Buy Now Pay Later" option;

  • Issue with Quick tool negative "Net Year Surplus" figure for positive maximum borrowing result is fixed;

  • Excess "Ongoing" checkbox for "Buy Now Pay Later" Liability type is removed;

  • Frequency dropdowns are displayed correctly on the Client portal;

  • Privacy disclosure documents will be loaded without any issues, regardless of which account created or uploaded the document in a deal;

  • Client Portal SMS/Email notifications are changed to reflect broker branding;

  • Redundant plus button in the Client portal under the Family relations tab is removed;

  • When Client Portal is used on mobile device, "Prev" page button was without any text;

  • Logo in Client Portal emails is no longer stretched;

  • Client Portal Fact Find icon on mobile view is moved to Primary sidebar;

  • Incorrect "Total funds available" calculations are corrected;

  • "Mark all as read" button under Notifications has been redesigned and moved to the right side of the drawer. Also, a footer with page number, notifications shown info and page navigation buttons are available for Unread notifications.

  • In the Notifications drawer when we switch to the next page the list of notifications will be updated;

  • When a product search is performed, in the listed products under the product description, the system is now displaying fees correctly in both Deal and Quick tool Product Comparison;

  • Users can be assigned to partners under the Partner portal tab in Settings.

  • Several user management bug fixes, such as archiving and suspending user/identity, and restoring user from the Archived tab;

  • Minor login process improvement;

  • Add new 'Import lenders' button under the Enterprise Organisations Settings for importing lender accreditation;

  • Billing issues are rectified and credit cards can be saved;

  • Newly created commission contracts are being displayed correctly;

  • Only Mentee user accounts have visible 'Assigned to' avatars now;

  • If there is no defined workflow type under the workflow settings, then any deal type can be selected when creating a new deal;

  • Personal documents, next of kin, and employment details are no longer being removed from the original deal after it's been duplicated;

  • All data are now saving properly under Client profile section;

  • New person/company contact can successfully be added and saved via Sidebar in Deals;

  • "Move to another workflow" option is now also available via deal tile;

  • Multiple merge keys/tables have been fixed and working;

  • The company logo is printed correctly in the merged Quick tools documents;

  • Bankstatements integration bug fix for "user code not found" error;

  • A new mentor functionality, the ability to have multiple mentors;

  • Mentee team admin and Mentee team member roles are saving successfully;

  • Mentee users are now able to request deal approval from mentors.

11 February 2025

  • Automations will no longer be inherited from root to child organizations;

  • When deleting items from Template and Process tabs under the settings, a hard delete dialog confirmation box is now showing a correct entity name;

  • Add label fields are no longer showing in ’Change avatar’ drawers for users and contacts;

  • Address is saving fine now under My account settings;

  • Lender commission fields section under Broker Tools in Settings is visible again;

  • Remaining Stash issues and improvements;

  • Verification statements are completely visible when the Honey diversification opportunity drawer is opened, regardless of the screen zoom/aspect ratio;

  • Mentor approval process is being recorded as sms/email/in-app notifications and in Notes and Activity Log tab;

  • Credit Card and Overdraft section in Quick Tools/Deals/Client Portal has been expanded by adding a new "Repayment" field;

  • Both new and existing assets can now be added and saved properly in Security details tab;

  • Deal can now be moved to another stage from Deal view without any issues;

  • Text/options and checkboxes are fully functional and positioned properly under Needs & objectives and Product requirements tab;

  • Previous employment merge key is printing data as expected;

  • New notes and tasks added in Contacts are visible in Notes and Tasks tabs, and new notes added in Tasks are visible in Notes tab;

  • Client Portal employment star date can now be selected;

  • Second confirmation prompt has been removed for Client portal share.

3 February 2025

  • Additional User management actions;

  • Stripe billing method;

  • Stash bug fixes and improvements;

  • A single identity now has one role in all organisations and sub-organisations, and changing roles in one will change the role in all of the organisations.

  • PAYG employments are now mapping over to Apply Online;

  • Overall risk score under Needs analysis tab is now calculating;

  • Previous address start date is now also calculating correctly;

  • Previous employment merge keys are correctly appearing in documents;

  • Refinance analysis merge fields are no longer printing even when application is not refinance type;

  • Contacts are now saving in a newly created deals;

  • When the user account is archived all contacts created by that user will no longer become deleted, but rather archived;

  • Issue with Client Portal invite is resolved;

  • Sending SMS to contact from Contacts tab is fixed;

  • Aside from the email notification, a toast message will pop up when the password is changed successfully.

25 January 2025

  • When users are archived, their Deals, Contacts, Tasks, Quick Tools, and Automation where they are owners will be removed;

  • Identity can be archived or suspended by using toggle buttons. When identity is archived, archived toggle button will be turned on;

  • Identity can now also be safely unarchived;

  • Person/Company created by archived user or identity no longer can be added to the deal;

  • Stash download report option is no longer missing in the Property details section and the download option is also functional;

  • General issues with integrations are resolved and they can all be activated. They now remain activated after page refresh;

  • eSign insufficient credit issue is resolved;

  • Lenders commission values (upfront and trail) are propagating from root to child organisations;

  • Client Portal sharing option is fixed;

  • Further Finance service improvements;

  • Default board is now showing all "Open" deals;

  • All graph merge keys are now printed in documents;

  • Field values are no longer hard to see in Dark mode;

  • Incorrect spelling is fixed under the Asset Finance Needs and Objectives.

22 January 2025

  • Novel Enterprise User management (User/Identity/Partner) Delete/ Archive/ Disable option;

  • Stash | New property search integration;

  • Added Lists Bulk actions;

  • Issues when users get logged out or are unable to choose identity when switching organisations are fixed;

  • User role malfunction bug fix;

  • Sending Bank Statements link from deals works for all users now;

  • All new deals can now be saved;

  • Deal options are no longer missing from sidebar;

  • After creating new documents in deals the drawer is now closing;

  • Switch/Refix is no longer missing from Change deal;

  • Employer details and current date merge keys are no longer populating blank;

  • When global notification settings status is changed, it reflects to all notifications in Updates and reminders section;

  • Sending SMS and Emails is once again working;

  • Merge keys added in email are containing deal data;

  • Asset Finance Commercial Capitalise fees selection under Needs and objectives is working well;

  • Newly added users are showing on the Users list;

  • New Finance service improvements.
