22 July 2025

  • If 'overwrite' option is selected upon settlement then Finance profile will be updated with the exact information from settled deal, including income and expenses;

  • New Operations Admin system role;

  • Automation warning messages will appear if deal stage or status are changed;

  • Under the Needs analysis screen, the existing Lead sourcing method section is replaced with a drop down field;

  • Attempts to add and save company contacts as clients in deals is fixed;

  • Resolved issue with opening existing application;

  • Account number fields are now empty by default, instead of starting with zero;

  • When trying to lodge to Apply Online, "Leave site" window error no longer shows up;

  • The "Number of employees" field doesn’t cause saving issues in deals anymore;

  • "Zoning" & "Property type" fields under Security details are mandatory;

  • After lender has been selected as recommended and data saved, upon choosing another one the lender will change in deal information section as well as on the deal tile;

  • Lender logos are visible in deals and Quick tools under LMI drop down menu;

  • If an existing external notification template is edited and then closed, when you try to add new template, all the details form the previously edited template are no longer populated in the new template;

  • Email/ SMS content filed no more have lag when typing details in;

  • Settings tab is now working fine when we switch to child or grandchild organisation;

  • Users can see all files in a deal again;

  • "There was an error getting this Settings" error message under the Lodgement tab is no more visible on the UI;

  • The information button and text under Monthly Financial Position in Asset Finance deals are both visible;

  • Tax year merge fields after being edited are printing fine;

  • Under expenses merge tables quarterly inputs are no longer totalling as monthly cost;

  • Every subsequent note template added via labels is appended instead of overwriting previously added text;

  • BankStatements comments and reports are not missing in deals anymore.

  • Company contacts list can now be loaded without any issues;

  • When adding Trust company Trustee contact details are mapping well to the deal;

  • Contact Profile enhancements;

  • Changes are being saved when trying to edit Contacts' employment details;

  • When creating a Company contact, ACN field will appear if Pty Ltd Type of business entity is chosen;

  • Diversification integrations, that appear under Diversification Opportunities sections, are related to the Deal owner;

  • Searching for a property in a deal will no longer sign users out;

  • eSign credits are no more reduced as soon as a document was edited and prior to signing;

  • BankStatements comments and reports are no longer missing in deals;

  • Phone number validation is fixed;

  • New rotate and zoom preview file option;

  • Approval emails sent to mentor now contain all necessary information;

  • Two-step verification has been implemented for the Workflow, Stage, Person, and Company archival process;

  • Task description now 'wraps text', hence long sentences in description are not cut off;

  • Lodgement to LoanApp is no longer failing with internal memory error;

  • Deals with overdraft can be lodged to LoanApp;

  • Loanworks Lixi submission error is also fixed;

  • Under the lodgement tab, only gateways configured for the selected lender/product are showing;

  • LoanApp 502 submission error bugfix;

  • Brand new Apply Online living expenses mapping;

  • Apply Online application can be lodged/opened/updated when organisation name has '&' sign;

  • A disclaimer message is now not visible when the email template is sent manually from a deal;

  • Home Loan lender accreditations will remain when the user removes all Asset Finance related accreditations from his account in the My lender accreditations section;

  • New labels for note templates feature;

  • Moving deal to inherited Workflow (from child to grandchild org) is not working and label is not inherited;

  • Stages from inherited workflows are now available when creating deals;

  • We are able to add Gateway and Lender accreditations to user accounts via the Enterprise tab in Settings;

  • Role’s visibility/assignment malfunction is fixed;

  • New deal state automation condition - stale;

  • Upfront and Trail commission is being calculated in Quick tools;

  • Fees are now printing correctly on Product Comparison document;

  • Super fund institutions drop-down menu list is visible and functional in deals and on Client portal;

  • Create documents option in deals is working well;

  • Employments and Employer contacts can be added and saved in deals without issues;

  • Changing Closed deal to Open state will not remove the Closed state;

  • Improvement with Compare products graph;

  • Under Deal view > Latest files section is no longer showing incorrect info;

  • When settling a deal, 'settlement option' field is from now on mandatory in the drawer;

  • When we add Property assets (OO, Sec. residence, INV) without entering specific values for property costs (we leave it as $0) > in Expenses tab, Ownership percentage value for Property expenses is matching the Ownership percentage set in Assets for those properties;

  • Issues with sending SMS and email from a deal are fixed;

  • Improvements with Trust deals;

  • Files can be assigned to all client and non client contact types in deal without issues;

  • Clients will receive SMS sent from deals;

  • Relationship card is added into the deal overview;

  • New ’Copy risks from applicant’ button is visible and functioning under the Risks tab, same as ’Copy compliance documents from applicant’ button in the Compliance documents tab, when there are multiple applicants;

  • Saving information in the Client profile is fixed;

  • Under 'Edit lender accreditation' option there is now option to add BDM contact details;

  • Linked employers for both PAYG and Business income are linked automatically after adding Employments;

  • Ability for brokers to send emails to lenders directly from the Quick actions in deals;

  • Security rental income frequency can now be changed accordingly;

  • Manually entered value for Primary residence running cost field is saving fine when Primary residence is rental;

  • Expenses property ownership bugfix;

  • Expense ownership percentage % in Expenses tab matches property ownership percentage % in Assets tab;

  • Primary residence running costs remain greyed-out after owner occupied asset is deleted;

  • Trust company contact is showing properly in newly created deal (in Deal overview, Client profile, Edit deal) when trustee contacts are added on the Create deal screen;

  • Trustee contacts can be added via Edit deal successfully and all Trustee related data is visible in the deal;

  • Adding and saving expenses is again operational;

  • Product search in deals is now working well;

  • Expenses Secondary residence and Investment running costs tooltips change;

  • Adding clients to a deal is again possible;

  • A new option to copy dependants and addresses from linked applicant;

  • Additional Finance service improvements;

  • Issues with adding existing identities into existing organisation is fixed;

  • Identity management user improvements;

  • Adding multiple identities to the same user in one organisation is rectified;

  • Checkboxes text is slightly out of alignment on Client portal;

  • Client portal can now be shared with a client who has a Singapore number;

  • Changing residential status in Client portal will no longer remove employment;

  • New merge keys for Industry code, Self employed ABN, ANZSCO and ANZSIC codes, all working properly;

  • Company is fully skipped in the Credit history merge table, so there is no more Credit history without names in the table;

  • Merge keys for My lender accreditations are working well, hence all associated lenders are displayed correctly.

4 June 2025

  • Send Email and SMS automation notes are visible under the Deal Notes section when the automations are executed;

  • When the Settlement drawer is opened and Settled date determined, the 'Set tasks' section will appear;

  • Formatting improvements of automation emails;

  • Send SMS automation is working properly in grandchild organisations;

  • Company Trust deals are no longer failing to lodge to Loanworks;

  • Upfront and Trail percentages set in Broker tools > Lenders tab are mapping over correctly when adding Lender accreditations for users under User management tab;

  • In Deal > Quick Actions > Send Email option, under 'Email templates' dropdown, a list is now sorted alphabetically;

  • The Anticipated rental income is included in Monthly financial position calculations;

  • When posting commission to Flex, we no longer need to type in accreditation again;

  • Deal owner's name and surname is added in the Client portal notification emails sent to clients.

2 June 2025

  • In Deal checklist view under Deal overview section the completed tasks will be crossed over, greyed out and moved to the bottom of the list;

  • The Expand view for Task cards in both Deal checklist and Tasks section shows and actions the subtasks options (complete/edit/archive);

  • The task progress (to do, doing, done) will be changed when notes, files and labels are added or changed, and subtasks created or completed;

  • Edit Task comments and templates improvement;

  • Email automations bug fix;

  • Apply Online mapping issues and improvements;

  • Fixed issue with receiving backchannel messages from Apply Online for submitted deals;

  • Resolved issue with lodging applications to Loanapp;

  • Archived identities are no longer showing under deal owner field when creating new deals;

  • Emails are again being delivered when email notifications are turned on in My updates and reminders;

  • The novel 'View activity log' section is visible under the Enterprise > User management > Identities actions dropdown menu;

  • User with a Team member role cannot be added to a deal by a deal owner if the deal is in a workflow to which user with a Team member role has no access to;

  • Note templates option is added to Needs and objectives section;

  • API key created in a child or grandchild organisation is visible only in that particular organisation;

  • Issues with Email Templates are resolved;

  • Edit note feature works in Deal, Tasks and Contacts;

  • Team members will now be saved in a deal;

  • Copy email to notes option is also working in Deals, Contacts and Tasks;

  • Discontinued Rental expenses are being removed from Proposed and Proposed with buffer positions;

  • In Deal under Quick Actions menu, there is a new 'Send email to lender' option;

  • 'Existing loan balance' field validation for Equity release/Land and construction has been removed;

  • In workflow Board view, deal tile colour dropdown menu scroll issue is resolved;

  • Documents sent for signing are coming from deal owner exclusively;

  • When a document is merged and prepared for signing, in case of multiple signers, sign tags are no longer incorrectly assigned;

  • User with a Team member role who was added to deal as a Team member, can see Notes/Tasks/Checklists/Files/Required documents in Deal;

  • Further Finance service features and improvements.

15 May 2025

  • Users with Team admin roles should be able to add/edit Commissions Groups in Broker tools settings;

  • All Team member related roles are able to switch on/off 3rd party integrations;

  • User with a Mentor role can now see lodgement tab in a deal;

  • Non Mentee users no longer with access to deal can no longer see Lodgement tab before Mentor’s approval;

  • All Team member roles (except from Team member ltd) added to the deal are able to see and select Commission groups assigned to Deal > Home Loan tools;

  • After we lodge a deal, the Lender reference number will appear in the deal overview and remain there;

  • Fixed remaining issues with Reports.

13 May 2025

  • Issue with archiving users has been fixed;

  • System date/time zone is corrected;

  • Adding lenders to users via User management is enabled;

  • Adding addresses to My account no longer causes logout;

  • A fix has been made and users should now be able to add their own accreditations;

  • Upfront and Trail commission figures are from now on being set up by the aggregator under Enterprise > Lenders section;

  • When switching organisations, the search field will remain pinned on the top of the dropdown menu to allow quicker search;

  • Invoices are now showing under the transaction tab for things like esign and sms;

  • When a non-preferred identity is archived, items related to that identity no longer remain visible under User management section;

  • Unselecting product in Home Loan tools on no account removes the wrong product;

  • 'Download Calculator' option is removed for lenders that use online servicing calculators;

  • Validations have been finalised;

  • Loan account numbers can be changed when posting a deal to commission;

  • Note title field, if not populated when a note is created, will no longer insert a full note content in the title field;

  • Compliance comments and documents verification table improvements;

  • Fixed Expenses Primary residence land tax and running costs fields edit options;

  • Reordered Deal checklist tasks;

  • Contact type will now show under contact name in the sidebar;

  • Deal | Duplicated Scenario name in Deals is not in 'funny' format anymore;

  • In a deal with multiple scenarios, all securities from all scenarios will no longer be listed under the Compare products section;

  • Contact order for title details under Security details section is now showing at the top of list;

  • We can now mark notifications as Read with the Auditor role;

  • A fix has been done so if users with Team member roles are added to a deal they can make changes;

  • ABS purpose code lodgement mapping improvement;

  • Lender ID number from Apply Online is getting mapped in a deal;

  • Loanworks and Loanapp correction to aggregator mapping;

  • Corrected Loanworks Product code mapping;

  • Fixed Loanworks Broker ID mapping issue;

  • Note is created when Client Portal is shared/revoked;

  • Organisation logo is now showing in email invites/login pages if enforce branding is switched OFF;

  • Finance service further features and improvements;

  • A fix was made and the documents are now being produced via Quick tools;

  • Reports bug fixes were completed including the ability to download organisation and identity reports at the enterprise level.

17 April 2025

  • Resolved issues related to "Enterprise settings";

  • Corrected rate format in child organisations;

  • Lodgement in newly created child/grandchild organisations is functional again;

  • Fixed rules for editing Primary residence land tax and Primary residence running costs expenses fields;

  • Further validation bug fixes;

11 April 2025

  • New 'Enterprise settings' section under the Enterprise tab in Settings, with three subsections: General, Broker tools, Integrations. Only Enterprise level Master Admin can edit/change this section;

  • Adding/editing workflows is now working in Child organisations;

  • Team Admin role has the ability to see and access the billing tab (add/remove credit card details) in an organisation;

  • Document template can successfully be uploaded via Add document option in Document templates section in Settings;

  • The Expand button in the Merge field drawer, under the Document templates section in Settings, can be expanded and all merge keys names fully visible;

  • The Step 2 email (with temporary password) for newly added user accounts is being delivered and the whole 'add new user' flow is functional again;

  • Improvements to various validation options;

  • 'Possible adverse/beneficial changes to financial situation' sections under the Risks tab are now marked as mandatory;

  • 'What is most important for you' questions under Product requirements tab will change validation colour when users select desired answer;

  • Account keeping fee and Package fee values under Compare products section are visible at 100% screen scale;

  • Adding/editing Previous employment address is fixed and working fine now;

  • Under Compliance comments and documents sections, the signed proposal question is showing the borrower's name;

  • Commissions in Deals are calculating correctly;

  • Commissions payable under the Compare products tab, whereas Repayments section is removed, along with fields not applicable to product specifications;

  • LMI is included in Compare products Total loan amount with LMI calculation;

  • Further improvements to Finance service;

  • Changes and improvements to the Auditor role;

  • Field titles for each filtering option under Reports are now visible;

  • Merge tables enhancement and visibility;

18 March 2025

  • Clients are now able to add previous employment;

  • Deal owners of the existing deals can be changed without any issues;

  • When deal is lodged, Broker ID will be mapped in the deal overview;

  • Upload and download of every type of document is now fixed;

  • The problem when team members list in Workflows Settings is empty and has no added users, deals created in that Workflow will have no options listed for the deal owner, is fixed;

  • The issue with formatting of manually added Standard, Non standard and Po box addresses has been fixed;

  • Existing company contact can be added in the deal via Sidebar;

  • "Important content" and "Deal checklist" action buttons under Deal overview tab are functional;

  • Team admin role can update deal which he/she does not own;

  • Using the Bulk option, we can now create several documents, located on different pages, in the deal;

  • When adding a new product split in an existing deal, lender/products search now returns results;

  • When moving deal to another workflow, after selecting the desired workflow, in the Stage dropdown menu, the first stage on the list now is the selected one;

  • Compliance comments and documents are shown in sections per contact instead of being displayed in tabs;

  • When lodging deals to Loanworks Application ID is now displayed in lodgement note;

  • Lodgement tab is no longer missing application details such as, "Lender ID", "Submitted" and "Status" fields;

  • It is not possible to submit the same deal multiple times to Loanworks;

  • Once a deal is lodged to Loanworks a return toast message has been changed to: The application has been successfully sent;

  • Lender reference number is visible in submitted deals;

  • Open application is now working for Apply Online and LoanApp;

  • The user Search option under Organisations/Users section is fully functional;

  • We are again able to add existing user/identity into an organisation;

  • New workflows can now be created in both Enterprise and Child organisations and all added stages are saving fine;

  • Credit cards can be saved under Billing details section;

  • Email signature under My account Email details section is also saving;

  • Rename file option is added under Document Templates tab;

  • Multiple visual tab adjustments;

  • Buffer notification in Deal is being updated correctly to match the current Financial position buffer parameters from Settings;

  • New predefined document labels were added to Add labels dropdown menu;

  • Only the entities related to the Users tab are displayed under the User management section (users with Partner or Client Portal primary roles are hidden);

  • Users with a non-Master Admin role do see their role under My accounts section;

  • Send Email automation is now functional;

  • Electronic transaction field has been added on UI under Funding worksheet for both Home Loan and Quick tools;

  • Additional Finance Service improvements;

  • Assigning mentee role offers the pop up for choosing/assigning mentor;

  • When an existing user (identity) is added to a different organisation, their role now carries across;

  • Bulk option malfunction for creating several documents at the same time is fixed;

  • New customised merge keys for contact information;

  • Added "Team member" and "Deal state" options under deal filters. Also, added the Team members column in Home Loan reports;

  • Master admin can no longer lodge a mentee deal without mentor approval;

  • When a child organization inherits workflow we are able to add new stages to the inherited workflow;

  • When a child organization inherits workflow we are no longer able to edit stages;

  • We can add new team members to an inherited workflow;

  • When "Buy Now Pay Later" liability with a desired repayment is added to Deal or Quick tool, the system is recalculating the maximum borrowing amount accordingly;

  • If a Quick tool scenario has a rent/board expense but also has an "owner occupied" property entered, the system will no longer use that expense twice;

  • Quick tool maximum borrowing amount do not differ from the Deal amount, as "NetYearlySurplusDepreciated" parameter is no longer less in Quick tools as opposed to Deal;

  • Download document option in Quick tools is now working correctly;

  • "Refinance" and "To Be Paid Out" checkboxes are now working for Quick tool "Buy Now Pay Later" option;

  • Issue with Quick tool negative "Net Year Surplus" figure for positive maximum borrowing result is fixed;

  • Excess "Ongoing" checkbox for "Buy Now Pay Later" Liability type is removed;

  • Frequency dropdowns are displayed correctly on the Client portal;

  • Privacy disclosure documents will be loaded without any issues, regardless of which account created or uploaded the document in a deal;

  • Client Portal SMS/Email notifications are changed to reflect broker branding;

  • Redundant plus button in the Client portal under the Family relations tab is removed;

  • When Client Portal is used on mobile device, "Prev" page button was without any text;

  • Logo in Client Portal emails is no longer stretched;

  • Client Portal Fact Find icon on mobile view is moved to Primary sidebar;

  • Incorrect "Total funds available" calculations are corrected;

  • "Mark all as read" button under Notifications has been redesigned and moved to the right side of the drawer. Also, a footer with page number, notifications shown info and page navigation buttons are available for Unread notifications.

  • In the Notifications drawer when we switch to the next page the list of notifications will be updated;

  • When a product search is performed, in the listed products under the product description, the system is now displaying fees correctly in both Deal and Quick tool Product Comparison;

  • Users can be assigned to partners under the Partner portal tab in Settings.

25 February 2025

  • Several user management bug fixes, such as archiving and suspending user/identity, and restoring user from the Archived tab;

  • Minor login process improvement;

  • Add new 'Import lenders' button under the Enterprise Organisations Settings for importing lender accreditation;

  • Billing issues are rectified and credit cards can be saved;

  • Newly created commission contracts are being displayed correctly;

  • Only Mentee user accounts have visible 'Assigned to' avatars now;

  • If there is no defined workflow type under the workflow settings, then any deal type can be selected when creating a new deal;

  • Personal documents, next of kin, and employment details are no longer being removed from the original deal after it's been duplicated;

  • All data are now saving properly under Client profile section;

  • New person/company contact can successfully be added and saved via Sidebar in Deals;

  • "Move to another workflow" option is now also available via deal tile;

  • Multiple merge keys/tables have been fixed and working;

  • The company logo is printed correctly in the merged Quick tools documents;

  • Bankstatements integration bug fix for "user code not found" error;

  • A new mentor functionality, the ability to have multiple mentors;

  • Mentee team admin and Mentee team member roles are saving successfully;

  • Mentee users are now able to request deal approval from mentors.

11 February 2025

  • Automations will no longer be inherited from root to child organizations;

  • When deleting items from Template and Process tabs under the settings, a hard delete dialog confirmation box is now showing a correct entity name;

  • Add label fields are no longer showing in ’Change avatar’ drawers for users and contacts;

  • Address is saving fine now under My account settings;

  • Lender commission fields section under Broker Tools in Settings is visible again;

  • Remaining Stash issues and improvements;

  • Verification statements are completely visible when the Honey diversification opportunity drawer is opened, regardless of the screen zoom/aspect ratio;

  • Mentor approval process is being recorded as sms/email/in-app notifications and in Notes and Activity Log tab;

  • Credit Card and Overdraft section in Quick Tools/Deals/Client Portal has been expanded by adding a new "Repayment" field;

  • Both new and existing assets can now be added and saved properly in Security details tab;

  • Deal can now be moved to another stage from Deal view without any issues;

  • Text/options and checkboxes are fully functional and positioned properly under Needs & objectives and Product requirements tab;

  • Previous employment merge key is printing data as expected;

  • New notes and tasks added in Contacts are visible in Notes and Tasks tabs, and new notes added in Tasks are visible in Notes tab;

  • Client Portal employment star date can now be selected;

  • Second confirmation prompt has been removed for Client portal share.

3 February 2025

  • Additional User management actions;

  • Stripe billing method;

  • Stash bug fixes and improvements;

  • A single identity now has one role in all organisations and sub-organisations, and changing roles in one will change the role in all of the organisations.

  • PAYG employments are now mapping over to Apply Online;

  • Overall risk score under Needs analysis tab is now calculating;

  • Previous address start date is now also calculating correctly;

  • Previous employment merge keys are correctly appearing in documents;

  • Refinance analysis merge fields are no longer printing even when application is not refinance type;

  • Contacts are now saving in a newly created deals;

  • When the user account is archived all contacts created by that user will no longer become deleted, but rather archived;

  • Issue with Client Portal invite is resolved;

  • Sending SMS to contact from Contacts tab is fixed;

  • Aside from the email notification, a toast message will pop up when the password is changed successfully.

25 January 2025

  • When users are archived, their Deals, Contacts, Tasks, Quick Tools, and Automation where they are owners will be removed;

  • Identity can be archived or suspended by using toggle buttons. When identity is archived, archived toggle button will be turned on;

  • Identity can now also be safely unarchived;

  • Person/Company created by archived user or identity no longer can be added to the deal;

  • Stash download report option is no longer missing in the Property details section and the download option is also functional;

  • General issues with integrations are resolved and they can all be activated. They now remain activated after page refresh;

  • eSign insufficient credit issue is resolved;

  • Lenders commission values (upfront and trail) are propagating from root to child organisations;

  • Client Portal sharing option is fixed;

  • Further Finance service improvements;

  • Default board is now showing all "Open" deals;

  • All graph merge keys are now printed in documents;

  • Field values are no longer hard to see in Dark mode;

  • Incorrect spelling is fixed under the Asset Finance Needs and Objectives.

22 January 2025

  • Novel Enterprise User management (User/Identity/Partner) Delete/ Archive/ Disable option;

  • Stash | New property search integration;

  • Added Lists Bulk actions;

  • Issues when users get logged out or are unable to choose identity when switching organisations are fixed;

  • User role malfunction bug fix;
