  • Next button is no longer greyed out when Important is selected as an answer for Variable rate type in Product requirements > Rate type tab on Client Portal;

  • Gateway accreditations are being successfully saved;

  • Adding gateway accreditation is now working for every user;

  • LoanApp is working fine in child organisations;

  • Saving edited/added additional user info is working as expected;

  • eSign | Signed document can be previewed and downloaded properly in child organisations;

  • When sending Client Portal invitation an error will pop up if the contact's phone number is in the wrong format;

  • 'Email to notes' preview option for received attachments is functional;

  • Glass's fields are being automatically populated after we import the vehicle;

  • Further Finance service improvements;

  • Multiple split issue on Compare products tab is resolved.

  • Organisation appearance logo and Organisation document logo can now both be changed and saved successfully after initial upload;

  • Improvements with workflow inheritance - New team members and new stages can be added to the inherited workflows;

  • Files uploaded to Client Portal are downloading correctly;

  • Hard delete user data is working fine now;

  • Issue with adding existing users is resolved;

  • Various Client Portal bug fixes and improvements;

  • When creating an automation to send external notification(s) from a template, there is an option to define who the notification is to be sent to: all clients, primary client, guarantor(s), partner(s)/referrers;

  • Improvements to Finance service and Quick Tools calculations.

  • Client Portal | New features and additional bug fixes;

  • Under Client Portal settings users can add Flow steps videos, which will show up immediately upon first and every other log in to Client Portal;

  • Client Portal | Fixed issues with Asset Finance deals;

  • Changes to Partner Portal Settings;

  • Credit Quote documents can now be downloaded and opened successfully;

  • Various improvement to Finance service;

  • When creating the Required Documents Group, the field for required documents is now saving added values.

  • Client Portal | Several new features and bug fixes related to Home Loan and Asset Finance deals;

  • Partner Portal improvements and bug fixes;

  • Inheritance | Organisation Setup Enhancement;

  • Fixed issues with settling deals;

  • Deal Status | New options added and changed the existing;

  • Roles and Permissions | New Mentor and Mentee roles and, changes and improvements to the existing ones;

  • Posting to Commission System improvements and fixes - eScientia, Baseplate, Temenos;

  • Custom Fields | Various enhancements;

  • Automations | Expanded with new triggers and actions;

  • Automations are now working when new deals are created via Quick Tools;

  • When an automation is created with an action to create required documents from a template, the automation will now execute;

  • Users are able to assign clients and guarantors to documents, both in a Deal or through Client Portal;

  • Required Documents | Due Date bug fixes and enhancements;

  • If a user attempts to login with an incorrect password the service will respond with a sign in error message:

    ''Too many unsuccessful login attempts. Please wait XX seconds before trying again.''
    Time required before the next login attempt is allowed will increase with every unsuccessful attempt.

  • Allowed 'Forgot password' requests are now limited to only 1 in every 5 minutes. During this time a message displays:
    "A password reset has been requested recently and cannot be requested again for the next 5 minutes."
