Salestrekker 2.0 now features Quick Actions.
With them you can:
Add Notes
Add Tasks
Add Required Documents
Add Checklists
Upload Files
Create Documents
Send email
Send email to lender (only under Broker Tools)
Quick Actions are accessible from both the Deal View & Broker Tools.
Using Quick Actions when in Broker Tools, the option to 'Send email to lender' will be given.
Add Notes
To add notes to a deal click on the quick actions button visible in the deal view & every page in the broker tools.
Once here select the 'Add Note' button as seen in below example image.
This will open a new tab where you can input the title of the note, the contents of the note (includes text editing toolbar similar to what's available when writing emails), labels & an option to upload files that will be attached to the note.
Once uploaded it can be found in the appropriate Notes tab.
The submenu allows for the following actions:
- Edit the note (This can be used to upload new files to the note)
- Add/Remove labels from the note
- Mark the note as important
- Delete the note
- Download the file in the note
Files can't be deleted once uploaded to the note, the note itself will need to be deleted.
Add Tasks
Via the same Quick Action button you're able to quickly create and assign tasks to yourself or other people present in the same workflow that have access to the deal.
When a task is created the following 3 drop downs are available:
- Task Details
- Sub-Tasks
- Repeat Options
Task Details
This section refers to the primary details of the task such as the name, due date, priority, who it's assigned to, labels & task comments.
Sub-Tasks
In this section extra sub-tasks can be added & dragged up or down the list based on priority / preference.
Repeat Options
This a feature that allows the user to choose when the feature will repeat itself & how often, when the feature will start (On what date specifically) & when the option will end.
The end option can be select to be Always, Never & Date.
Once a task has been added it can be found in the 'Tasks' tab in the deal view.
When the task itself is clicked, you will be taken to the tasks tab for an overview of it.
Add Required Document
You can add required documents via the Quick Action button visible in the deal overview.
You will have the option to either add a single required document, or you can add from a required document template.
Required document templates can be made in Settings > Templates > Required document templates.
Add Checklist
Checklist templates can be found and created in Settings > Templates > Checklist Templates.
Here new ones can be made and existing checklists filtered and edited as needed.
Now once you're in the deal of your choice you can use these created checklist templates via the Quick Action button.
Once selected you'll have the option to pick the due date & which team member the checklist is assigned to.
Do note multiple users can be added.
Upload Documents
You can upload documents to the deal by selecting the quick tools button and selecting 'Upload documents' option.
Maximum file size is 25MB per file uploaded.
The uploaded documents can be found in the 'Files' section of the deal.
Create Documents
Any document template you have built and uploaded in Settings > Templates > Document Templates tab, can be quickly generated from Quick Actions.
Send Email
The 'Send Email' option from Quick Actions will allow you to include multiple recipients in the email (deal clients, other deal contacts, other users, deal partners).
Send Email to Lender
No matter which tab you find yourself working in Broker Tools, with Quick Actions, you can option to send any document to the chosen lender.
