SMSGlobal is a third party service and is not included in the Salestrekker subscription. Their current pricing is is $30+GST/month; $300+GST/annum (the price drops down for multiple numbers)
Use cases: for overseas staff who can't use their own number. An authentication email account (or supervisor's email) can be created and still maintain MFA. Also, it can be emailed directly to staff member's email account (reduced safety).
In order to start using SMS to email function, firstly an account needs to be created at https://www.smsglobal.com/mxt-sign-up/
After the account is created, log in using your credentials.
Then navigate to "Virtual Numbers" section and click "Request" button.
Select a virtual phone number.
After that, email redirection needs to be setup by clicking on "Settings".
Enter the email address you would like to receive SMS to and then click "Save Settings".
One virtual number = one redirection email
Test the virtual number from your phone number. Also check spam and mark incoming email as not a spam.
