How to clear cache memory on your browser

Clear cache and cookies in Chrome, Firefox and Safari

Google Chrome

For clearing cache memory on Chrome browser, you can use the following shortcut:

  • CTRL+Shift+Delete on Windows or

  • Command+Shift+Delete on Mac

A pop up window will show up, where you select the following options and data that needs to be cleared:

  1. Navigate to the 'Advanced' tab

  2. Select 'all time' for the time range

  3. Select 'Cached images and files' and 'Cookies and other site data'

  4. Confirm with the 'Clear data' button

It’s recommended to log out and log in again to Salestrekker after these steps.


Mozilla Firefox

Similar as for Crome, if you want to clear cache and cookies on Firefox, use the following shortcut:

  • CTRL+Shift+Delete on Windows or

  • Command+Shift+Delete on Mac

A pop up window will show up, where you select the following options and data that needs to be cleared:

  1. Select 'everything' for the time range

  2. Select 'Temporary cached files and pages' and 'Cookies and site data'

  3. Confirm with the 'Clear' button

It’s recommended to log out and log in again to Salestrekker after these steps.


Safari

Click on 'Safari' in the upper left side menu, and from the drop menu choose 'Settings...'.

In the window that appears, click the 'Privacy' tab.

From there, open the 'Manage Website Data...'

From the websites list, select Salestrekker and click 'Remove' > 'Done'.

When you click 'Done', your cache will be emptied.

It’s recommended to log out and log in again to Salestrekker after these steps.
