  • Ongoing fees shown in Deals > Compare products > Account keeping fee & Package fee are displayed correctly as "Ongoing annual fees" under the "Product comparison" merge table;

  • Loan account number in Summary tab in deals is now working properly and every new edit is saved successfully, where Lender reference number can be edited only after Submission;

  • In the Compare product tab, total cost short term 3 years is now calculating accurately;

  • When the second user changes deal ownership back to the first user, the first user can update Client profile and Broker tools without any issues;

  • Email can now be sent from a Company contact;

  • When scenarios have multiple securities and splits we can successfully select different Security for different splits;

  • Issue with document creation in deals is fixed;

  • "Copy email to notes" option is no longer greyed out for settled deals;

  • Important content section in Deal view is not showing unfitted content any longer (e.g. all notes added to a deal instead of only the ones which are marked as important);

  • The Preview file option in the Deal > Home Loan > Funding worksheet tab is visible once a file with the Funding sheet label is added to the deal;

  • The same Preview file feature is available in Compare products tab for uploaded or created documents with Product comparison label;

  • Product search is working properly when multiple lenders are selected;

  • Files uploaded from Client Portal via Required documents can be bulk downloaded without issues;

  • "Deal state" option is again visible in the drop-down menu for "All" and "Any" deal filter conditions;

  • In deal Overview tab, users are able to see up to 10 checklist items, instead of 3;

  • Issue with sending emails using the Quick actions > Send email option is fixed;

  • When sending emails as "myself" (not a deal owner) will no longer show the emails being sent from the deal owner instead, but rather the sender himself;

  • In a deal with a contact person and company applicant, merge key {@brokerToolsTablesSecurityDetailsComplex} - name of Entity contact is now visible for Security ownership table complex;

  • When a task is added to a deal, it is now recorded in the Deal > Activity log;

  • In the deal analytics and action window of an archived deal, an "Archive" button is renamed to "Delete";

  • After restoring an archived deal, the deal analytics and action windows refreshes to showcase the active deal Summary view;

  • Issues with the contact type where deals could not be edited or saved are resolved;

  • In Workflow view, users are able to click on 'Binoculars' icon on every ticket and see Deal view summary with some new actions;

  • Newly added deals are now appearing in workflow stages in real time;

  • Newly created deals are appearing at the top of the stages in Workflows, regardless of the deal name;

  • When "&" or apostrophe are used in the email subject field, it is now displayed OK in received email without additional letters and signs;

  • Filters made in one organisation are no longer visible in all other organisations;

  • Issue with sharing Client Portal is resolved;

  • Calculation for 'Rental income' in {@brokerToolsTablesSecurityDetailsComplex} merge table is fixed. All income frequencies are now correctly recalculated to show monthly values;

  • Deal and Quick tools Funding Worksheet tables have been updated to dynamically hide rows with $0 values;

  • Loan purpose table is printing correctly now;

  • Quick tools Maximum borrowing table has been updated to include only the following columns: Lender, Amount, Net Surplus, and Product Rate;

  • Merge keys used in the Subject field of an email are working correctly;

  • When creating an automation under Settings > Process > Automation, the fields Deal state and Deal's color for 'And it matches any of these conditions' section have functional drop-down menus, and values can be selected without any issues;

  • New ability to reset User accounts under the User management Section in Settings;

  • In Enterprise Settings under the User management tab, search is now returning results when trying to search for a User/identity;

  • When creating a new organisation and choosing currency in the drop-down menu, there are no duplicated currencies any more;

  • Dates in Summary email notifications are now formatted correctly;

  • Length of lists in Settings is increased from 25 to 50;

  • The same workflows, deals and contacts no longer appear multiple times in search based on the number of team members in each one of them;

  • Team member+ users can search for deals, contacts and tasks that are not assigned to them without any issues;

  • Users with assigned Team member+ roles are able to successfully edit Client Profile and Broker tools in Deals that are not owned by them and where they have not been added as members;

  • New Contacts Change owner and Task Assign to bulk options;

  • In Asset Finance deals, under Asset Finance Tools > Finance proposal > Pricing, the fields Base Interest rate and Interest rate are now displayed in percentages;

  • Equifax is again fully working in Asset Finance deals;

  • Now when date of contract is manually selected in Quick tools Funding worksheet, on printed documents date no longer goes one day back;

  • Non-owner users can now send deals to Flex without getting logged out.
