Search function can look up deals and contacts in Salestrekker by typing in one of the following details:
Contact full name and/or full surname
Contact full phone number
Contact full email address
Deal reference number
Search function does not work on partial names, phone numbers or email addresses.
Search function cannot find ApplyOnline or LoanApp files or search for deals using bank reference numbers.
To search for a deal or contact, simply type one of the acceptable search criteria in the search box (top left corner of the screen, next to organisation logo). Results will show in a drop down menu that lists any deals/contacts matching the search criteria.
To open the deal or contact page, simply click on their name listed in search drop down menu.
Contacts can be identified with the 'person' icon and deals the 'dollar sign' icon.
