Accessing Search Tool
The main Search tool can look up Deals, Contacts (Persons and Companies), Tasks, Workflows and Quick Tools Scenarios.
To access it, click the 'magnifying glass' icon on the top navigation menu bar.
Global Search
If you would like to search all categories by keyword, make sure you have selected the 'All' tab and type in your keyword(s) in the main search bar.
Search results will be listed underneath the category tabs.
A minimum of three (3) characters must be entered to initiate the search.
Search Deals
To refine your search and display only Deals containing a specific keyword in the deal title, enter the keyword in the search bar and select the 'Deals' tab to view the results.
Clicking on the deal title from the results will take you directly to the deal.
A minimum of three (3) characters must be entered to initiate the search.
Search Contacts
Contacts can be searched by First name, Last name, Email and Mobile number.
To narrow your search and display only Person or Company contacts, enter the contact's name, email or phone number in the search bar and select the 'Person' or 'Companies' tab to view the results.
Clicking on the name of the contact from the list will take you to their Contact View page.
A minimum of three (3) characters must be entered to initiate the search.
Search Tasks
To refine your search and show only Tasks, enter the full or partial task name in the search bar, then select the 'Tasks' tab to view the results.
Clicking on the task name from the list will take you to the Task View page.
A minimum of three (3) characters must be entered to initiate the search.
Search Workflows
To narrow your search and display only Workflows, enter the full or partial workflow name in the search bar, then select the 'Workflows' tab to see the results.
Click on the workflow name from the results to access it.
A minimum of three (3) characters must be entered to initiate the search.
Search Quick Tools Scenarios
You can also easily do a quick search of all your saved Quick Tool scenarios.
Find them by entering the full or partial scenario name in the search bar and then select the 'QT Scenarios' tab.
To access the one you're looking for, simply click on the scenario name from the listed search results.
