Reports tab

If you want to run and export a report to check the fixed rate expiry date of settled loans you can go to your "Reports" tab and click on Reports >> add new. Once you click on add new you should 1) name your report 2) choose option contacts 3) select the period you want to check loans to expiry, like for the next 1 month or 6 months.... 4) select fixed expiry anniversary option 5) click apply to run the report

Once you click on apply you can then check the report on your screen and under anniversary column you will see the term expiry date within the period you have chosen. You will also see other details such as applicant's email and names. You can then export this data to your desktop using the export to excel option on the top right your your screen.
