How to access and utilize built-in reports in Salestrekker 2.0 to monitor and manage your Home Loan deals, tasks, and contacts (Person and Company) data. This article will walk you through the different types of reports, how to filter data, and export options.
Accessing Reports
1. Navigate to Reports: Click the 'Reports' icon on the left-hand side of the main navigation menu.
2. Select Report Type: Choose from Home Loan, Tasks, Contacts (Person or Company), Identities or Organisations.
Home Loan Reports
By default you will be loaded with the Performance Report, but in the top right corner you are able to choose between:
Performance Report
Sales Report
Compliance Report
Applicants
These report types have been pre-built with the necessary and pertinent information for each report type.
It is not possible to create new reports from scratch.
However, you can filter the existing ones by using the available options within the selected report filter.
Tasks, Person and Company Reports
Similar reporting functionality can be used for Tasks and Contacts (either Person or Company). The data set will be relevant per the selected report type and you will be able to apply filtering and export option.
Tasks report:
Person report:
You will see different data in reports depending on the role that was assigned to you.
Team Members will see only their Deals, Tasks, Contacts (Person, Companies) or where explicitly added as a team member, while Administrator access will grant you the permission to see data linked to other users.
Identities and Organisation Reports
In addition to the previous types of reports, you also have the ability to access and download a report that is based on all organisation identities and data.
Note that your account role may restrict you from accessing some reports and report data.
Exporting Reports
Click the Export button at the top right, the progress bar will load indicating that the work has started.
Notification will show when export file is ready.
Click to expand the left sidebar in order to access Export sidebar
Click on "Export" option to get selection of available export files to download
Right hand side drawer will open presenting you with all the exported XLS files available for download. All of them will have the report type as title, date and time stamp.
After clicking on download button, the XLS file will be downloaded on your computer at preferred downloads destination and you would be able to open it.
Filtering Reports
Different report types will load different filtering options.
To apply a report filter, first expand the report sidebar, then click the 'Apply Filter' option.
Next, from the right hand side menu, select the filter options you wish to be applied and confirm with the 'Apply' button.
