To filter contacts go to Contacts > Filters. 

To create new filter press “+ADD NEW” button. Select options you want to imply on that filter, enter filter name and press “Save”. Filter will be created and you apply it on contacts by clicking on it from the list. 

To clear filter, simply click on “x CLEAR” in ribbon above contacts.

Once you enter Filer name you will be able to use it in future just by clicking on it from the Filter list. You can share filter with other users in your org or leave them only for yourself.
