From the top navigation menu, go to the "Tasks" page.
A list of all of your tasks will be there.
Filtering tasks
Filter option can be used for quick task sorting. In tasks tab, click on Filters > +Add new and select wanted filter criteria.
Tasks can be filtered by:
task name
task template
progress status (to do, doing, done)
task user (task assignee)
task workflow
deal task
contact task
due date range
task status
The equal sign icon next to each option will either include the option or exclude it from applied filter. Click on the icon to make a choice between the two.
Green '=' means that the selected option next to it is included in the filter.
Red '=' means that the selected option should be excluded in filter results.
Filters work on the 'and' rule. This means that filter results will bring out only the tasks that match all the selected criteria in the template.
For example, if you select 'due' and 'overdue' status in same filter, it will bring no results when applied, as it will be looking for tasks that are currently in both states, which is not possible.
When you have selected the options you want applied in the new task filter, to run the filter simply click on the green "Apply" button at the bottom.
Once you apply a filter, you will be able to use it in future as well just by clicking on it from the Filter list.
You can share the task filters with other users in your org by ticking "Share filter" option or you can leave them only for yourself.
Managing tasks
Work on your tasks by clicking on its pen icon. Check details in new dialogue and when done press βMark as completedβ button and then βSaveβ to confirm.
You can jump to the task related Deal or Contact by clicking on its name in the center.
Task state and progress colors:
When tick icon is grey - task hasn't been touched (to do)
When yellow - task is in progress (doing) and
When green - task is complete (done)
When due date is reached - date and badge will have orange color
When task is overdue - it will have red date and badge
Task will turn yellow even if no changes were made to it, but you have instead of "Cancel" clicked the "Save" button.
If your main task contains subtasks, note that marking one of the sub-tasks as completed will remove task label for a short period of time but will appear again.
