In order to use Marketing in Salestrekker you need to configure Marketing and Connect details in Settings.
Editing Marketing details
In order to send email campaigns in your company name, you have to first configure Sender details.
Go to Settings > Marketing and type in the necessary information:
Sender name
Mobile phone number (e.g. 610412345678)
Email address
Reply-To email address
Blind Carbon Copy (BCC) address has been discontinued. The field will be removed from the Marketing options.
Editing Connect details
To use SMS marketing you need to open Settings > Connect and enable SMS usage.
There you can also add sender ID by typing into "SMS From" field.
Please note that maximum number of characters here is 10 and sender name should be entered instead of a phone number.
