Choose or change subscription plan

a) Trial - Choosing a subscription plan

Users who are on our Trial plan can, at any time during the trial period and after the trial period expires, choose one of the available paid plans.

Subscription is managed by the Organization Owner.

When your trial is over, the owner will log into their account, and jump to Settings > Plan and billing details tab. In there, they can choose a plan they wish to continue with.

When selecting Mortgage Broker plan you will get two invoices:

  • first for your Loan Processing users - $59.99 per user and

  • second for users that have Mortgage Broker switched on - $70 per user.

So by default all of your user will be considered to be on Loan processing subscription and for the ones that have Mortgage Brokers on, you will pay additional $70 on top of the base subscription of $59.99, thus equaling $129.99 per MB subscription.

b) Changing existing subscription

In order to change existing plan, you have to be logged in as the Organisation Owner (provided you are a standalone Salestrekker user).

You go to Settings > Plan and billing details. There you will find all details regarding numbers of users you are paying subscription for, number of partners that have active Partner Portal access, number of Phones rented and next billing invoice date and credits for additional services.

To change existing plan, click on "Actions" button in top right corner and you will get dropdown menu with the option to "Change main subscription plan".

After clicking on "Change main subscription plan" you can scroll down the page and select the plan you would like to subscribe to:

Change card for payment

In case you would like to change or add card details for the main subscription or any one of additionally charged features (credits), kindly go to Settings > Plan and billing details.

Next, click on "Actions" button in top right corner and you will get dropdown menu with the option to "Change payment method". Choosing this will prompt you to add new card details and email address to which each next invoice and receipt will be delivered:

Cancel subscription

In order to cancel your subscription, you need to be the Organization Owner.

With this account, you go to Settings > Plan and billing details.

Next, click on "Actions" button in top right corner and you will get dropdown menu with the option to "Cancel your main subscription".

After clicking on "Cancel your main subscription" you will unsubscribe from Salestrekker and your org will be active until next invoice date. After the last invoice date, each time you or one of your organization users logs in, there will be a "Organization suspended" message on screen and no data inside your organization will be accessible, until you activate a new subscription.


Please note there are additional costs for certain features that are going to be billed on top of your subscription, regardless of a plan:

  • Partner portal: $4.99 per partner a month

  • Phone line: $29.99 per rented phone line per month (no minutes limitation)

  • SMS credits pack: $49.99 for 1000 SMS

  • eSignatures credits pack: $49.99 for 100 eSign credits
