The following information about the Organisation Owner is relevant to our standalone Salestrekker enterprise.

In aggregator run enterprises, the owner of all organisations is the aggregator main account; some features explained here, do not apply for those organisations.

General information

Organisation owner is special account role that grants you access to have full control of your organisation.

If you have admin access, you can see who your organisation owner is by going to
โ€‹Settings > Users tab - the Owner will be marked and locked from editing.

Plan and Billing control

In standalone Salestrekker, the Organisation owner is the only user that can see and edit "Plan and billing" options.

In aggregator run enterprises, the Billing details tab is accessible for any admin user.

User management

This account is also the only one that can add new or remove existing users in their organisation.

In additional to this, they can instead of fully removing (deleting) a user, simply deactivate them.

Change organization name

The owner will be the only account that can change the name of their organization.

This is done in Settings > Details tab.

Change organisation ownership

If the ownership should be transferred to a different account, this can only be completed from the current owner's account.

To change go to Settings > Details tab.

Scroll all the way down until you see "Organisation owner" option.

Click on your name in the drop down field and a list of all available users will show. By clicking on one name from the list you will confirm the action to change the current owner to the one you have selected.

You will be logged out and once you login again you won't be marked as organisation owner.

Data migration

The organisation owner is also the only account with access to the data Import and Export features. They are the only ones that can export all data from the organisation or import contacts, deals, notes and tasks.

This rule applies to both our standalone Salestrekker and aggregator run enterprises.
