In order to get correct stump duty calculation, you need to fill in next mandatory fields:
In the Security address section, make sure to include postal code, state, country, security value (see this article for adding security address).
In the funding worksheet, you need to fill in the next mandatory fields:
Transaction type;
Security value;
Property status;
Ownership type;
FHOG (tick if applicable)
and Loan amount.
*Note: For ACT territory properties, income and number of dependents are also mandatory.
Once filled in, stamp duty will be automatically calculated and displayed.
