From the 2.2 version our mobile apps support options to present and set Deal tile color options. If you have set tile colors in web version they will be presenting in your mobile app as well:

If you wish to apply the color on a Deal tile in your mobile app, in iOS app you can click on “+” icon in the right hand side of that deal tile and the pop-up dialog will show color palette at the very top. Just tap the color you desire and it will apply to your deal tile.
