Navigating Workflows

To access or switch to a specific Workflow in Salestrekker 2.0, click on the 'Deal' button located on the left sidebar.

You can then choose a workflow from the list or use the search bar for faster navigation.

Workflow Views (Board, List, Forecast)

Depending on your preferences you can choose how deals are shown in your Workflows:

  • Board View - shows deals in Kanban style board (deals are further arranged in Stages)

  • List View - shows deals sorted in a list

  • Forecast View - a snapshot of deals which are projected to be settled in the current month and the following three months

SORTING DEALS

Deals in Board and Forecast Views are by default sorted by date of creation.

Deals in List View can be sorted by deal title, stage and estimated settlement date.

At the top of each workflow view, you can see the cumulative values for all your deals, including open and settled deals.

Board View

The Board View can be considered a default view for workflows. Each time you access any workflow, this will be the view that will display your deals.

Deals are organized into Stages or columns, each representing a step in the application process as defined by you in your custom workflows or defined by your aggregator for Enterprise inherited workflows.

HIDING STAGES

If your workflows contain multiple stages, you can hide them in Board View by clicking on the stage card. This action will collapse the stage into a vertical line. To reveal the stage again, simply click the vertical line.

The Stage tiles will display the total value of all active deals inside the stage as well as the total number of active deals in the stage.

List View

List View organizes all your deals into a list format, presenting key deal information in columns.

While in List View, you can select multiple deals and complete following actions:

  1. Edit deal team members

  2. Add/remove deal labels

  3. Move deal to another workflow

  4. Choose deal tile color

  5. Archive deal(s)

Forecast View

The Forecast View organizes your deals into monthly stages based on their settlement dates.

Using the previous and next arrows beside the Forecast View icon, you can shift the month stages to the future or past months.

The 'Today' button will reset the view to the current and next 3 months.

Deal Filters

Deal filters in Salestrekker 2.0 are located in the second side bar on the left-hand side.

Clicking the 'Hamburger' button, you can expand or collapse the side bar. From there, you can either add a new filter or choose from the ones you have already created.

Use Existing Deal Filter

To use an existing deal filter, click the 'Filters' button.

Now all of your existing filters will be listed, and you can apply any deal filter to your workflow by simply clicking on the filter title.

Editing an Existing Deal Filter

To edit deal filters, click the 'Actions' button located next to each listed filter and picking the 'Edit filter' option.

From the 'Actions' menu you can also delete a single filter.

Delete a Deal Filter

To remove one or multiple deal filters from the existing list, first select the ones you want to delete by checking the box to the left of their title, then click the 'Bin' icon located above the list.

This action will permanently delete your deal filters.

Exiting a Deal Filter

Once you apply a filter to your workflow, if you wish to exit the filter, simply click the 'X' icon on the filter label.

The label for the active filter is located beside the Workflow View buttons.

Creating a new Deal Filter

To create and use a new deal filter, first click the 'Add new filter' button.

Next, enter the name/title of your new deal filter (1).

Pick if the new filter should be applied to Active or Archived deals (2).

Choose your filtering conditions (click the 'Plus' icon) (3).

Lastly, click the 'Crete and apply' button (4).

In 'Matches all conditions' section, ALL of the selected conditions must be met for the filter to work.
