General use, feel and navigation of Client Profile in Salestrekker 2.0

How to access the Client Profile

From the deal view simply click on the first tab of the deal's left sidebar.

The title of this tab will vary depending on the type of deal you have.

  • For Home Loan deals, the tab will be titled "Home loan"

  • For Asset Finance deals, the tab will be titles "Asset finance consumer" or "Asset finance commercial"

This will bring you to the "Client profile" section.


Person information

When in Client profile section your person client's personal information will always be amongst the first tabs, named after your client's full name.

In this tab you can add or edit their:

  • Avatar

  • Communications - turn on/off client's updates and reminders, select preferred communications method (email/phone)

  • Credit Score

  • Personal details

  • Contact details - email/phone number

  • Addresses - current, mailing and post-settlement

  • Identification

  • Personal documents

  • Family relations

  • Next of kin

  • Employment details

  • Source of wealth

  • Notes


Client profile - Company Information

When in Client profile section your company client's entity information will always be amongst the first tabs, named after the entity name.

In this tab you can add or edit their:

  • Avatar

  • Communications - turn on/off client's updates and reminders, select preferred communications method (email/phone)

  • Entity details

  • Entity individuals

  • Ownership structure

  • Contact details - email/phone number

  • Addresses - mailing, principal place of business, registered

  • Notes


Assets

The Asset tab displays the current status of your clients' assets. This means you should only include assets that are currently owned by your clients.

In Assets tab you can add variety of assets:

  • Owner occupied properties

  • Secondary residence properties

  • Investment property address

  • Vehicle make and model

  • Home content

  • Super fund institutions

  • Other

  • Balance sheet

  • Shares

  • Bank account

To add an asset, simply click the "Add asset" button located in top right corner of the Assets page, and pick the required asset from drop-down menu.

If necessary, you have the option to narrow down the list of asset types that appear on the page.

To do this, simply click on the filter menu, choose the specific asset(s) you wish to display and confirm with the "Apply" button.


Assets Commitment Schedule (for AF Commercial deals)

Asset Commitment schedule will be available in your Asset Finance deals (Commercial type).

In this tab you will be able to select your client (company) and add all assets and assets details, which are connected to it and in your client's possession.


Liabilities

Liabilities tab is used to show your current clients liabilities.

In this tab you can add variety of the liabilities:

  • Mortgage loan

  • Credit card

  • Vehicle loan

  • Personal Loan

  • Education debt

  • Other

  • Balance sheet

  • Buy now pay later

  • Payday loan

  • Overdraft

  • SMSF loan

To add an item, simply click the "Add liability" button located in top right corner of the page, and pick the required type from drop-down menu.

If necessary, you have the option to narrow down the list of liability types that appear on the page.

To do this, simply click on the filter menu, choose the specific types you wish to display and confirm with the "Apply" button.


Income

The income tab displays the current income(s) of your client.

To an income type, first click the "Add income" button in top right of the page and select the correct type from the drop-down list.

Every income must be linked with a client and their employer.

This information will be retrieved from the personal information section of your client's profile.

If employment details are not provided there, these fields will not be displayed in the income form.

Income types you will be able to add:

  1. PAYG Income

  2. Business income

  3. Other taxable income

  4. Non taxable income

Filtering can also be done in the income page.

Pick the income types you wish to only show on the page and confirm with the "Apply" button.


Expenses

Expenses tab is used to show your clients outgoings and costs in HEM and out of HEM.

Expenses are automatically set on a monthly basis. If you wish to switch to a different time interval (such as weekly or quarterly), this change will need to be made manually.

How to add/remove a household

To add a household you will need to click on "Add expense" (in the top right corner) button.

Kindly note that you need to assign household to your contact. Otherwise, all expenses categories will be locked and you will not be able to edit it.

To delete a household, simply click on the red bin icon.


Needs and Objectives tab

The Needs and Objectives that is page is where you can comment and complete the questionary about your client(s):

  • Primary, immediate and long term reasons for new loan.

  • Loan purpose details

  • Future changes to their financial situation

  • Exit strategy

  • Financial security

  • Credit history

Please be aware that this tab contains required fields that must be filled out before you can proceed with your application.

You can easily identify mandatory fields as they will be highlighted in red.


Product requirements

This tab is a questionary about the new loan product requirements.

Please be aware that this tab contains required fields that must be filled out before you can proceed with your application.

You can easily identify mandatory fields as they will be highlighted in red.

When choosing specific options, a new dropdown menu may appear with additional required fields that need to be selected, verified, and filled in.


Insurance

On this page, you can add a variety of your client(s) insurances, and filter then to specific insurance types.

To add a specific type of insurance, click on the "Add insurance" button from top right corner.

To delete any added insurance type, simply click on a small trashcan icon next to each added insurance and confirm the action.


Other advisers

In this section, you can add various advisers to your clients, remove them, and apply filters so to list only specific insurance types.

When adding an adviser, you will be required to select whether this is a new or existing company.

Based on your selection, you will either create a new company contact or search and pull an existing one into the adviser details.
