Stash Property is a digital platform that is used to access property data from a myriad of different data sources via a single user-friendly property search tool.
If you activate the RP Data or Pricefinder integrations, please be aware that they will be utilised in your deals instead, as they will take precedence over the Stash integration.
To use Stash in Salestrekker 2.0, simply start an address search from the deal Assets or Security Details tabs.
Once you have selected the address from the search, the property information will be displayed below the address fields.
You have the option to either expand or hide the extra property information ('Hide/show property details' button).
With the 'Download report' button you can retrieve the property report to the deal. The report will be stored in the Deal > Files section.
