How to access Help Desk
Regardless of the page or section you are in within Salestrekker 2.0, if you have a question for our Help Desk team, want to report any issues you are experiencing, or wish to access our Knowledge Base, you can do so by clicking the chat bubble button located in the top bar at the far right corner.
This places the chat icon in the bottom right corner, which you can click to open the Help Desk window.
If you cannot see the chat bubble, please try hard reloading your page:
Please press CTRL + SHIFT + R on your keyboard, if you are on Windows.
For Mac, press CMD + SHIFT + R
In case the page reload doesn't work for you, please check if you may have disallowed pop-ups and redirect on your browser: Enable pop-ups on Chrome browser (Desktop)
1) Here you can send a new chat message to the Help Desk team
2) Search our Knowledge Base for articles
3) See our latest news article
4) Go back to the home screen
5) View all your previous messages with us
6) Browse and search our Knowledge Base
7) Check our our news feed
8) Close the Help Desk window
How to message the Help Desk team
Clicking the "Send us a message" option will open the chat window, allowing you to write your messages and communicate with our team.
You can also attach files to your message (1), include emojis (2) and gifs (3), or record and transcribe your message (4) before sending it to the team.
If the chat window is too small, you can expand it using the menu with three dots.
From the same menu you can also download a transcript of the chat in .txt file format.
How to search our Knowledge Base
Two ways you can search and browse our Knowledge Base:
Using the central "Search for help" option
Going to our "Help" section
When you select either option, you will be directed to our knowledge base collections list.
From there, you can explore our collections or use the search bar to enter your keywords and search through the articles.
How to close the chat and Help Desk window
Clicking the bottom chat icon again will close the Help Desk window.
Clicking the top bar Help Desk chat bubble button will remove the bottom chat icon (but don't worry, you can always open it again :)
