Salestrekker offers a "Copy address" tool to reduce manual data entry and save time.
Copy current address
If the client's mailing and post settlement address will be the same as their current residential address, you can quickly copy their current address onto Mailing and Post settlement addresses by clicking on 'Copy current address' button.
If PO BOX mailing address was added and 'Copy current address' is pressed for the mailing address - this will overwrite the PO BOX address previously added.
Copy current address of spouse
If two applicants live at the same address and are linked as spouses, use 'Copy current address of ...' button to transfer spouse's address:
The PO BOX mailing address cannot be copied from first to second spouse.
Address verification
In the Compliance comments and documents tab in Broker tools, "Verifications completed" table will pull all addresses used in any other section of Broker tools which you can select from the "Address" dropdown. Select one of these existing or click on '+Add' button next to the selection dropdown to add another address.
