Search and change workflow
To access or switch to a specific workflow in Salestrekker 2.0, click on the 'Deals' button located in the left sidebar. You can then choose a workflow from the list or use the search bar for faster navigation.
Deal views (Board, List, Forecast)
Depending on your preferences you can choose how deals are shown in your workflow.
‘Board view’ shows deals in Kanban style board
‘List view’ shows them sorted in a list
‘Forecast view’ provides a snapshot of deals which are projected to be settled in the current month and the following three months
Deal filtering
Deal filters in Salestrekker 2.0 are located in the second side bar on the left-hand side.
Clicking the 'hamburger' button, you can expand or collapse the side bar. From there, you can either add a new filter or choose from the ones you have already created.
To add a new filter, first enter filter name and choose if you are filtering active or archived deals.
By clicking on the 'plus' button, multiple conditions can be added. Then select options from the drop-down menu that you would like to include in the filter.
To finalise click 'Save' button.
In 'Matches all conditions' section, all of the conditions must be met for the filter to work, while in 'Matches any conditions' section any of the conditions can be met.
In the 'Filters' tab, selecting a filter will apply it to the workflow. Also, there is an option to edit or delete filters by clicking on the 'actions' button next to each listed filter.
To remove a currently applied filter from the workflow, simply click the 'X' on the filter tag found in the top bar next to the board view button.
