If you deleted a deal by accident, you can easily recover it by following a few simple steps. These deals will just have changed their status to 'Deleted', however they are archived instead of being completely removed from the system. By creating and then applying a Deal filter you will be able to see and reactivate/reopen it.
Filtering deleted deals
To see all deleted deals, open the workflow where deals were last located and click the filters button in top right corner.
Create a new custom filter for archived deals:
Under 'Status' options, last on the list, select 'Show archived instead of open Deals'.
Click 'Apply' button.
If when applying the filter first time, kindly exit the filter view > reload/refresh your page and apply the same filter once more.
Reopen deleted deals
When you have applied the appropriate filter for archived deals and see your deal now on the workflow, kindly enter the deal you would like to recover, go to Deal Actions button (pen icon) and from drop-down menu select 'Open'.
Deal will be restored to stage were it was marked as deleted and listed with other active deals.
You can do this for multiple deals when in Workflow List view and recover as many of them as you need in one go.
When finished simply close the applied filter and you will be brought back to your active deals list.
