General Info
You can organize your client and loan files and documents in one convenient place by storing them in deals.
In addition to creating all required compliance documents by using the document merge feature from templates, and requesting documents from the Client Portal, you also have the option to upload any necessary or relevant files directly from your device into the deals.
How to upload files in deal
To upload files in our CRM firstly go to Deal View and click on Upload files option (you can find this option located in the center of the of the Deal View page).
Maximum number of files you can select for batch upload is 10 files.
Maximum file size per file is 24MB.
You can add files by either dragging & dropping them into the upload section, or by clicking on the same section to browse then select the files from your device.
Once uploaded, the files will show in your Deal View > Documents tab.
Attach files to Notes
You can also upload files when creating a Note in your deal and/or within contact view.
From the deal, when creating a new note, you will also have the same upload section as when using the basic file upload feature.
From Contact view, the same procedure applies when creating a new note.
Troubleshooting
If when uploading files you encounter an error, kindly check:
If the file you are attempting to upload is too large. The accepted file size limit has been exceeded.
If the file being uploaded might be damaged.
