Phone, Email, and Address Verification

Our system's data validation feature has recently been updated. Please take note of the following changes:

Phone Number Validation:

We no longer validate mobile phone numbers or their formats

  • Previously, incorrect, incomplete, or disconnected numbers would trigger an error message (as illustrated below)

Errors will no longer be generated for incorrectly formatted or disconnected phone numbers

  • Users may proceed confidently with their applications if they believe the provided phone numbers are accurate

  • Correct mobile phone numbers will not prompt any messages

Email Address Validation:

We no longer validate email addresses for existence on mail servers or domain validity

  • Previously, entering an incorrect email address would prompt an error message (as illustrated below)

Incorrectly formatted or invalid email address will no longer generate error message

  • Users may proceed confidently with their applications if they believe the provided email addresses are accurate

  • Correct email addresses will not prompt any messages

Street address validation:

There have been no changes in our address validation system. System behaviour remains unchanged as per knowledge article:
