1. From the workflow view:

To add a note to an existing deal from workflow view, tap on the 3 vertical dots located on the deal tile. 

Choose "Add note" from the pop-up menu.

Speak or type to add the note and tap on the "Save" button in the upper right corner to confirm. (When using speech to text feature, tap on the microphone icon > it will turn red to indicate that recording has been turned on - recording will stop a second after you stop speaking into the microphone).

    2. From a deal:

Open the deal where you wish to add a new note.
By taping on the orange "+" sign choose "Add note" from the menu.

Speak or type to add the note and click on the "Save" button in the upper right corner to confirm.

The note added to the deal will be visible from the "Notes" section.

"Notes can be edited, marked as important, shared with clients on Client Portal and shared with referrers on their Partner Portal with the pen, star, share and briefcase icon accordingly"
