Preparing the eSign request

To initiate the document signing request head over to the document section of the deal and select the icon right of the document:

Once you've done this you'll have the option to select the clients you want to sign the document & to also select any users in the organization:

Aggregator compliance documents come with pre-added signature fields for clients.
You can skip the signature field adding step below in this case.

After pressing "Send" you'll be prompted to enter different fields, including the signature field.
Changing the recipient will change the color of the fields, to show who the signature field is referring to.

You can then just drag and drop these anywhere into the document.
You're also able to change each signature fields behavior using the right side menu after selecting a field.
You can adjust it's size in the document & weather it's required or not for the signature to be completed.

When ready, just press the "Send Envelope" button to send the request.

When sent, you'll see a confirmation note in the notes section of the deal:

Due to a security reason you will not receive eSign related BCC emails.

Signing the request

Everyone included in the signature request will receive the eSign request via their email.

To complete the request locate the email titled:
"Your signature is required in document(s)" & click on the "Sign Document" button.

Please check Spam/Junk folder in case you can't find the request in your inbox.

This will open a new tab where you can complete the request.
You'll need to press "Review Document" to proceed.

You can then review the document and when you're ready to sign you can press the "Click to begin" button in the top right corner which will take you to the first eSign field.

You can press the button again to take you to the next eSign field if there are multiple.

When selecting the "Sign here" field you'll have different style options including picking pre-made signature types with your entered name, drawing it yourself or just uploading your signatures image if you have one.

You can also draw the signature via your phone by selecting the "Complete on mobile".
This will create a QR code you can scan with your phone, when you do you'll be able to draw the signature on your phone.

To complete the request you'll need to press the "Finish Signing" button in the top right corner or bottom of the page.

You can safely close the window when the page changes to "Thank you for signing this document".

You can keep track of who signed the document so far via the notes section of the deal.

The signed document will only be available after everyone requested has signed the document.

The signed document will be sent via email to everyone who signed it and will also be uploaded to the deal.
