You can add your email signature to Salestrekker either by typing it in as plain text or by copying and pasting it from your email client.

To set up your signature in Salestrekker:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select My Account

  3. Scroll down to the Email Details section

  4. Enter or paste your email signature into the signature field

If you use an online email client (such as Outlook or Gmail) and your signature is stored there, you can simply copy it from your email and paste it directly into Salestrekker.

Customising your signature

Once your signature is added, you can customise how it looks:

  • Resize images and GIFs by hovering over them and dragging the edge left or right (see video below)

  • Resize text by selecting it and choosing a Heading size from the formatting options

  • Add bullet points with dots or numbers

  • Bold, Italic or underline text

  • Add hyperlinks to any text

This allows you to adjust the layout and make sure your signature looks exactly how you want before saving it.
