Bankstatements.com.au is a service completely independent of Salestrekker that provides a link to the banks for easy extraction of up to 6 months of the original bank PDFs, latest transaction list and the summary of income and expenses.

How to set up

Firstly, if you don't have an existing account with Illion, go to their site and sign up.

Bankstatements.com.au will provide you with a link containing a 4-character code (for example: https://bankstatements .com .au/r/b/XXXX < the last 4 digits in the URL link will be your code).

With an account that has Multiple brokers there may be 8 characters instead of 4 at the end of the link (for example: https://bankstatements .com .au/r/b/XXXX-XXXX).

Make sure you request setup where you receive 6 months of statements and the summary documents.

Once you have the link and the code, go to Settings > 3rd party applications. At the top of the page there is a list of services Salestrekker integrates with.

Switch on the button for the Illion Bankstatements option.

A new dialog will ask you to enter your 4 or 8 character code. We also offer to activate your Multibank access to use with the integration.

If your Bankstatements account does not have Multibank access, the switch must be turned off, otherwise your clients will have a "something went wrong" message when opening your request.

Once you add the code, click on the 'Save' button.

The integration is now activated.

Using the Bankstatements integration

Click here to see how to use this integration in client's file in Salestrekker via email, or here you can see how to use the integration via Client Portal.

NOTE: Bankstatements requests are valid for 5 days (120 hours) from sending.

If client couldn't complete the request in this time, please send them a new one.

Salestrekker Pty Ltd is in no way responsible for the service provided by bankstatements.com.au.
