If your browser is configured to block pop-ups, you may experience difficulties viewing graphs in Salestrekker, such as the one on the Summary page of the deal broker tools.
To resolve this, please adjust your browser's pop-up settings according to the instructions provided below.
Chrome for Desktop
(Windows/Mac/Chromebook)
Open Chrome and click the three dots (More) menu in the top-right corner
Then select 'Settings'
Go to 'Privacy and security' in the left-hand menu
Click 'Site Settings'
Scroll down and click on 'Pop-ups and redirects'
To allow all (global), select the option 'Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects'
To allow specific sites, click 'Add' next to 'Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects', enter the site's address (e.g., www.app.v2.salestrekker.com), and click 'Add'
OR
Alternatively, click the 'Pop-up blocked' icon in the address bar on a specific site to allow them temporarily.
Microsoft Edge for Desktop
To enable pop-ups in Microsoft Edge so your graphs and charts can appear, follow these steps:
Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner of the browser window.
Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click on Cookies and site permissions in the left-hand sidebar.
Scroll down on the right side and click on Pop-ups and redirects.
Toggle the switch next to Blocked (recommended) to the Off position.
It will now say Allowed.
Only allow pop-ups for specific trusted sites. Instead of turning off the blocker for the entire internet, you can keep it Blocked and just whitelist the specific website you are using:
Under the Allow section on that same page, click the Add button.
Type or paste the website URL (e.g., [*.]example.com) and click Add
