Updating Referral Partner details

How to change referrer's name and phone number in Partner Portal settings.

This function is available only to users with Team Admin and Master Admin roles (including Mentor and Mentee Team Admins). It will mostly be used to update partner's mobile number.

Go to Settings

In Settings, go to Organisation >> Partner portal. Find the referral partner whose details need to change. Click on the "..." menu and select "Change contact details".

Once selected, in the drawer that appears, change any of these details:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Phone number

Click save, then reload the screen.

New partner's details will be active.

Note that email cannot be changed using this method. For email changes, contact us directly.
