How to Use It
Click the box, then click Compliance AI to generate a comment
Takes a few seconds; review the warning before accepting
Edit as needed, then accept and import the note
Repeat for each compliance box
Important: run Compliance AI first, then add your own notes
Writing your own comments first and then running Compliance AI will overwrite them
Privacy and Data Handling
Salestrekker does not share personally identifiable information with the AI tool
First name and role are shared; full name, DOB, driver’s license are not
Addresses show street name only, not street number
Credit history: shows Equifax score if an inquiry was done, but no inquiry details
Key Boxes and Notes
Options Presented and Recommendations: most useful section
Covers how the product meets consumer needs, options compared, features requested, and lender selection rationale
Security box: pulls property data from Reapit or Tapi
Application Submission Notes: capped at 500 words (pushes through to AOL)
Living Expenses: AI assumes three months of expenses have been reviewed
Broker always responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content
