Notetaker AI (Beta) is a new feature that records audio , transcribes it into text in real time (and at the later stage populates consumer and commercial fact find information in a deal). Notetaker AI will be in Beta stage until fully implemented. This means that the solution is currently free to use. while in the testing mode.
Notetaker AI (Beta) is powered by AI. Our enterprise grade AI solution sits outside our code and does not train AI systems, does not transfer data to other providers or outside of Australia. Audio recording is deleted immediately after the note is stored in the system. For more information refer to our Privacy Policy.
To use the Notetaker AI (Beta), click on the menu option in deal sidebar:
Alternatively, go to Quick actions and select Notetaker AI (beta) from the dropdown menu:
When launching Notetaker AI (Beta), allow use of microphone by your browser and commence recording when prompted by the system:
Before recording a meeting or call, every person being recorded must agree and be told the recording will be transcribed by AI into a file note and kept on file. If anyone declines, take notes another way. No consent is needed for dictating your own notes.
The file note taking process is described int he following screenshots:
1) Microphone needs to be enabled to commence the note taking
2) Click on 'Start recording'
3) Notes will appear in real time
4) Click on 'Save note'
5) Note will appear in the system.
Notetaker AI (Beta) is a new developing feature whose functionality will expand further from the current file note taker. Planned feature extensions are:
Create a note summary;
Add consumer and commercial fact find templates to the current file note template;
Intelligent data mapping into a deal using dedicated consumer and commercial fact finder templates;
Upload, transcribe and process any voice recording from other devices.
