Login and password troubleshooting in Salestrekker 2.0

Forgot Password

If you are unable to recall your password and encounter an error when attempting to sign in, simply click on the "Forgot Password?" option located on the login page to reset your password.

Doing this will take you to a new page where you need to enter your login email address, twice for confirmation.

After that, the system will send you an email with a temporary password you can use.

Password reset email can be triggered only once every 5 minutes.


Multiple failed login attempts will result in temporary disablement of further login attempts until the noted time passes. Time of the login disablement will increase after each unsuccessful login attempt.

If you don't see the email containing your temporary password in your inbox, be sure to check your spam/junk folder too.

Once you have received your temporary password, use it to log in and complete the new password creation process as instructed on the login page.

Please make sure the new password you've created meets the password policy rules:

  • Password is case-sensitive and must be between 16 and 32 characters long

  • Require at least one uppercase letter from the Latin alphabet (A–Z)

  • Require at least one lowercase letter from the Latin alphabet (a–z)

  • Require at least one number

  • Require at least one non-alphanumeric character ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? - " ! @ # % & / , > < ' : ; | _ ~ ` + = .

The non-leading, non-trailing space character is also treated as a special character

Once you confirm your new password follows the policy rules, click the 'Change password' button and log in with the new password.


Change Password

To change your existing password without going through the reset procedure, kindly go to the Settings > My Password and Security section.

In the 'Current password' box, enter the password currently being used to log in.

Once that is complete, enter a new password that follows the guidelines provided on the same page.

Lastly, click the 'Change password' button to confirm.

You will receive an email confirming that your password has been successfully changed.

If you did not follow the password policy or made a mistake in the 'Current password' box, you will not be able to change it with the 'Change password' button (the button will be locked).
