To simplify data entry in large text fields within the application, we’ve introduced a new Labels feature that integrates with Note templates.
Each label is linked to a specific text field in the application, allowing users to quickly insert predefined content into the relevant tab. These Note templates can be reused across multiple entries, improving efficiency and consistency.
This feature is supported in the following tabs:

Needs and Objectives
Product Requirements
Compliance Comments and Documents
How to Use
First, you need to create a Note template.
You have the ability to include merge keys within the Note template.
Note templates can only be used in deals that match the deal type specified in the Note template.
Each label should be linked to a specific text field in the application. Keep in mind that a single Note template can have multiple labels, allowing it to be used across several different text fields.
This makes it easy to reuse predefined content wherever it's needed.
For example, placing the "Primary Reasons" label on a Note template will allow you to use that template in the corresponding Primary Reasons field.
When two or more labels are assigned to a note template, the template can be used in all fields that correspond to those labels.
There are multiple labels, each associated with a specific field. Below is a list of the labels and the fields they correspond to.
