General Information
In Settings > Plan and Billing details tab you will be able to see the number of Users, Partners and Phones that are being charged to your account:
For non Enterprise users, these charges will occur each month. Users are being billed as part of main subscription based on chosen plan.
Partners ($4,99 per partner a month) and rented Phones ($29,99) are being billed as additional cost with a separate invoice.
Changing number of Users
Go to Settings > Users tab.
To add more users to current subscription plan go to "+ADD NEW" button in top right and enter users details.
Email with login details will be sent and user will be added to the list of billable users.
From this same Users page, you can also setup the account access type for the new or any existing user (broker, admin, both or neither).
To remove user(s) from your organization, mark the checkboxes in front of their names and go to "Actions" button located in top right corner, then select "Delete".
This action will ask you to select another user to transfer all the data to (deals, contacts, notes and tasks). Once this is confirmed, the users you've selected for delete will no longer have an account in Salestrekker, and you will no longer be billed for them, starting from the day of change.
As an Organization Owner you can also choose to deactivate the user instead of fully deleting their account.
This option will restrict the users login, keep their data assigned to them, but remove them from billing.
Changing number of Partners
Partner/referrer accounts are modified in Settings > Partner Portal.
To add a new one use "+ADD NEW" button in top right.
To remove existing partner accounts, select checkboxes in front of their names and choose "Actions > Delete".

Deleted partner accounts will automatically remove them from any associated deal.
Changing number of Phone Lines
To check and control number of rented phones go to Settings > Connect. There you will see a list of all rented phones.
